Small Business Remote Attraction Banker

The Small and Medium Business Sales Department of JSC "Bank of Georgia" announces a vacancy for the position of Small Business Remote Attraction Banker in Tbilisi.

The work format is full-time onsite.

If employed in this position, you will manage the process of communicating with pre-selected customers and offering banking products and services, specifically:

• You will conduct proactive communication with newly registered companies in the public registry and inform them about the terms and conditions of Bank of Georgia's business banking services and offer them;

• You will share the advantages of the business package with potential customers, offer products included in the package, and provide support if additional needs arise;

• You will introduce customers to the process of opening an account through remote channels, provide information about the bank's payment products, terms and benefits, and provide additional support if necessary.

We value your qualification:

Education: University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

Work experience: At least 6 months of experience in the service or sales sector is desirable.

Languages: Fluent English language skills at a conversational level (B2-C1).

Essential skills

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and high work motivation and activity;

• Organizational skills, planning, correct determination of work goals, and time management;

• Logical and analytical thinking.

• Professional knowledge of office computer programs;
