Company Description: BTK Railway LLC - a joint venture established on the basis of an international agreement concluded between Georgia and Azerbaijan, which manages the infrastructure of the Marabda-Kars railway section of the „Baku-Tbilisi-Kars new railway line“.

Job Description

• Ensuring legal support for the company's activities
• Preparation, review and legal expertise of contracts, agreements, memoranda, protocols, decisions, legal conclusions and other legal documents
• Participation in the company's corporate and legal issues, including legal support for the activities of the shareholders' meeting, board of directors, coordination councils and working groups
• Preparation of legal documentation, correspondence and other materials within the framework of relations with partners, state agencies, international organizations and contractors
• Preparation of explanations and recommendations on legal issues related to the company's activities
• Participation in the preparation of documentation, legal conclusions and other materials on labor and legal issues
• Participation in the conduct of legal processes related to the registration, use and other property issues of real and movable property
• Preparation of legal documentation and participation in relevant processes related to the company's operation, management, transfer, acceptance and delivery of railway infrastructure, property issues and fulfillment of credit obligations
• Participation in the preparation and update of the company's internal normative acts, policies, procedures and other regulatory documents
• Preparation of documentation and participation in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings
• Monitoring of current legislation and legislative changes

Qualification Requirements

• Higher legal education (master's degree is desirable)
• Preparation of legal documents in Georgian and Russian
• Experience of working as a lawyer (at least 2 years)
