Technical Support Specialist

JSC "Caucasus Tourism Holding" - CTH announces a vacancy for the position of Technical Support Specialist (Juniper Travel Technology).

The company has been representing a tourist holding since 2010 and works in both outgoing and incoming tourism. It includes companies that are leaders in their field: GASA, which is engaged in outgoing tourism, deals with the sale of airline tickets and tourist packages, and is an official trading agent in Georgia for companies such as Pegasus Airlines, Air Arabia. GDM is an international tour operator in Georgia.

Position Description

The vacancy is intended for a junior specialist. His main task is to deeply study the international tourist platform - Juniper Travel Technology and its administration. The position involves the system's configuration, technical support, and participation in the introduction and improvement of innovative digital tools.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• System learning and administration: Independent mastering of Juniper Travel Technology training materials (video lectures, technical documentation), management of platform parameters, and technical support of the site.

• Team support and training: Assistance to employees in learning the use of systems and new digital tools; provision of technical consultations in the daily workflow.

• Innovations and automation: Constant search for new opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI) and automation and offering them to management (to optimize processes).

• Communication with the project manager: Regular reporting and close cooperation with the project manager on current tasks, system status, and planned updates.

• Communication with the supplier: Correspondence with Juniper's global support team (in English) to resolve technical issues and faults.

• Testing: Participation in the testing process of new functionalities and integrations (API) and documentation.

Qualification requirements:

• Education: Higher education or a graduating student in IT, computer science, or business technology.

• Technical skills: Basic understanding of web systems and digital tools.

• Interest in AI tools and automation.

• Perfect knowledge of English.

Personal qualities:

• Ability to quickly master new technologies

• Communicability and teamwork skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00.

Workplace: M. Kostava 14, D block, on the territory of Stamba.
