Main functions and responsibilities:
- To protect and comply with AHT's internal labor regulations, code of conduct and ethics, and relevant policy documents;
- To complete patient history based on information provided by the doctor;
- To organize medical documentation (history);
- To find, collect and provide documentation requested by the doctor;
- To ensure timely and complete production of medical documentation;
- To serve patients in accordance with service standards;
- To communicate with patients (by phone, electronic, interpersonal) at the doctor's instructions to monitor the disease;
- To comply with labor safety, safety techniques, sanitation and fire protection rules and regulations;
- To perform other duties related to the activity.
Qualification requirements:
