LLC "Avicena - Batumi Medical University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Relations and Strategic Planning Service Specialist.

Work schedule: Full-time

Number of vacant positions: 1

Workplace: Batumi, Tbeti St. N4

Probation period: 6 months

Remuneration: According to experience

Job responsibilities:

Service Specialist:

• Participation in monitoring the implementation of the university's strategic and action plans and preparing relevant reports;
• Informational and organizational support for structural units involved in the strategic development process;
• Communication with foreign educational, research, clinical, and government organizations;
• Administration of the process of signing and implementing memoranda and agreements with international partners;
• Searching for international educational, research, and institutional projects and sharing them with relevant structural units;
• Participation in organizing international business trips, student and staff mobility, as well as visits of foreign partners;
• Participation in coordinating international projects, educational exhibitions, and events to attract foreign students;
• Promotion of international recognition of university programs and performance of other tasks within the competence of the supervisor.

The main qualification requirements are:

• Higher education;
• Work experience - 1 year (experience working in a university will be considered an advantage);
• Knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
• Proficiency in office programs;
