"American Hospital Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Space Coordinator.

Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Part-time (Monday to Saturday)

Main functions and responsibilities:

Greet incoming patients, identify their needs, and redirect them in the appropriate direction; Provide a warm welcome to patients and create a positive first impression; Coordinate patient flow in the clinic and ensure a smooth service process; Provide timely, correct, and professional answers to patients' questions; Provide additional assistance to patients if needed (orientation, explanation of processes, etc.)

Qualification requirements:

Higher education or a student in the final year; At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position; Mandatory knowledge of Russian and English at a communicative level; Basic knowledge of office programs.

Effective verbal communication and active listening skills; Time management skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Organizational and planning skills; Teamwork; Attention to detail; Ability to work in a stressful situation
