Main duties and responsibilities:
Daily interaction with existing customers (private schools), monitoring of current processes and assistance in problem-solving if necessary; Offering existing customers new products in the field of mathematics textbooks and constantly caring about increasing the number of orders; Creating and constantly updating a database of existing customers; Participation in planning and organizing trainings for existing customers if necessary; Monitoring current debts of customers and reporting to the direct supervisor; Ensuring post-sales service in accordance with the standard set by the company; Participation in educational conferences; Constant communication with the direct supervisor and involvement in solving current issues.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (mathematics or related field is a plus); Work experience in sales; English language proficiency (CEFR; B2); Knowledge of office programs (MS Office); Experience working on educational projects will be considered an advantage.
