About the position:

Key responsibilities:
Effective management of the customer portfolio and maintenance and development of corporate addresses in the portfolio Administrative support for customers and online meetings with building managers (chairmen) Identification of customer issues, prompt resolution, and care for customer retention Conducting presentations for new customers (onboarding), providing instructions Outreach visits to existing buildings (up to 3-4 times a month) Offering and selling additional products and services to customers in the portfolio (upsell)
Requirements:
Higher education Experience in face-to-face, phone, and written communication with customers Experience working in an internal program and reflecting changes Experience in corporate sales Ability to work effectively in a team, focus on details, and manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment
