West Georgia Distribution Manager

A leading distribution/production company is announcing a vacancy for the position of West Georgia Distribution Manager.

• Coverage region: Samegrelo, Kutaisi, and entire West Georgia

• Type of employment: Full-time

• Salary: 7000 GEL (NET)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Distribution network and logistics management:

• Coordination, optimization, and efficient management of the full cycle of distribution processes in the West Georgia region (Samegrelo, Kutaisi, and adjacent territories);
• Ensuring continuous, timely, and uninterrupted supply of products to retail outlets across West Georgia;
• Planning of logistic routes, analysis of transportation costs, and increasing operational efficiency.

Warehouse and inventory control:

• Supervision of warehouse inventory management, product receipt and dispatch, and loading and unloading operations;
• Efficient use of warehouse space and ensuring product safety storage standards;
• Organization, control, and minimization of errors in planned and unplanned inventory;
• Monitoring of cancelled orders, product/inventory returns, and write-offs.

Fleet and operations management:

• Ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the company's fleet;
• Quick and effective response to operational failures and force majeure situations arising during the distribution process.

Team leadership and development:

• Managing, motivating, and monitoring attendance of subordinate personnel (drivers, distributors, warehouse employees);
• Evaluating, training, and caring for team members' productivity.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in managing distribution/logistics networks;
• Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills;
• Experience working with operational programs (1C) will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of English or Russian.
