Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Management and supervision of construction site works; Daily planning, supervision, and management of works; Requesting and redistribution of material/human resources for the site; Preparation of orders for auxiliary materials needed for the works; Submission of reports on changes/additions that arise during the work process to the Project Manager; Supervision of employees/subcontractors on the site and quality control of the works performed by them; Periodic submission of reports on ongoing site works to management; Control of deadlines for works to be performed; Control of materials issued from the warehouse; Control of labor safety rules together with the Safety Officer.
Professional Skills/Requirements:
Knowledge of computer programs, especially MS Excel; Knowledge of labor safety rules; Ability to read and analyze project and construction drawings; Ability to produce construction documentation. Education: Higher or professional technical education is preferred;
Work Experience:
Experience working in a similar position; Experience working in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) direction.
