Deputy Director - Finance and Operations

A leading medical group operating in Kutaisi is seeking an experienced and results-oriented manager for the position of Deputy Director in Finance and Operations.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to work closely with the Director, manage financial and operational directions, lead teams, and actively participate in implementing the company's strategic and managerial decisions. Key Responsibilities

Financial Direction:

• Coordinate financial planning and budgeting;
• Control financial indicators, revenues, expenses, and cash flows;
• Organize financial and managerial reporting;
• Prepare financial analysis and recommendations;
• Coordinate financial resource and risk management;
• Coordinate relations with banks and financial institutions.

Operational Direction:

• Manage and coordinate the company's daily operational and administrative processes;
• Ensure effective cooperation between structural units;
• Improve, standardize, and optimize business processes;
• Identify operational problems and organize their resolution;
• Control the effective use of company resources;
• Participate in the implementation of strategic and organizational projects.
• Team and Human Resource Management:
• Lead and coordinate financial and operational teams;
• Distribute and delegate functions and responsibilities;
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance;
• Promote team professional development and effectiveness;
• Ensure team collaboration and communication;
• Prepare proposals for organizational changes and human resource optimization.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance/Business Administration or Management;
• At least 5 years of managerial experience;
• Experience in managing financial and operational processes;
• Experience in assessing and improving business processes;
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• English language proficiency at B2 level;

Working Conditions:

Workplace: Kutaisi Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 Remuneration: To be agreed upon, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
