Company "Human Diagnostic Georgia" is the official distributor of the German premium dermo-cosmetic brand "Biodroga" in Georgia. We are announcing a vacancy for a Consultant-Salesperson position at the City Mall stand.

Vacancy: Consultant (Medical Cosmetics)

Location: Tbilisi, City Mall Saburtalo

Employment form: Part-time / Shift schedule

Work schedule: 6-hour working day in two shifts:

I shift: 10:00 - 16:00 II shift: 16:00 - 22:00

About us:

Main responsibilities:

Provide qualified and comprehensive consultations to customers on medical and cosmetic products; Identify customer needs and select individual care products; Effectively arrange products on shelves and stands (visual merchandising) and control price tags; Maintain high standards of service existing in the company; Stimulate sales and take care of the brand's positive image.

Requirements:

Desired work experience in sales or service (experience in self-care products, cosmetics, or pharmacy will be considered an advantage); Medical or pharmaceutical education / knowledge of skin care trends will be considered a great advantage; English and Russian language skills at a conversational level; Fluent and refined speech in Georgian; Orientation towards customers, results, and teamwork.

The company offers:

Flexible work schedule: two-shift, 6-hour working day (10:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00); Remuneration: fixed salary (900 GEL per month, paid in hand) + bonus system from sales (after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period); Professional training in medical cosmetics and modern sales techniques;
