Business Consultancy Project Manager

„Georgian Economy Development Corporation“ LLC announces an open competition for the vacancy of Business Consultancy Project Manager.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Participation in planning, implementation, and supervision of the development process of business services corresponding to the Corporation's activities;
• Preparation of analytical materials, processing of information, and analysis of relevant data within the scope of activities;
• Creation, updating, and processing of databases corresponding to the activities, as well as preparation of relevant reports as needed;
• Review of proposals submitted by entrepreneurs to receive consultancy services, verification of compliance, and ensuring the confirmation process;
• Coordination of the process of reviewing and formalizing relevant contracts within the framework of consultancy services co-financing and grant programs, in cooperation with structural units involved in the process;
• Ensuring timely formalization of relevant contracts for the purpose of providing consultancy services and coordination of processes stipulated by the contract;
• Monitoring the quality of the implementation process of ongoing consultancy projects, identifying identified issues and potential gaps, and coordinating appropriate response;
• Examination of completed consultancy projects and verification of compliance with the conditions determined by the service contract and established requirements;
• Identification of gaps identified within the framework of completed consultancy projects, processing of relevant information and documentation, and coordination of the process of requesting additional information/documentation if necessary;
• Initiation of the relevant settlement process within the framework of completed consultancy projects and coordination with structural units involved in the process;
• Systematization of information related to the implementation of consultancy projects, monitoring of results, and preparation of relevant reports;
• Ensuring communication and cooperation with beneficiaries, consultants, service providers, and other parties involved in the process during the implementation of consultancy services;
• Identification of issues arising during the implementation of consultancy projects, processing of relevant information, and facilitation of their resolution within the scope of competence;
• Preparation of necessary documentation, processing, and management of relevant internal processes within the scope of activities;
• Preparation of periodic and special reports, analytical materials, and other documentation regarding activities, as needed, within the scope of competence;
• Performance of other functions related to the job description.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Business, Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing and developing business projects.
• Foreign language: Knowledge of English at C1 level.

The salary will be determined according to the candidate's experience and competences.
