Main functions and responsibilities:

Organization, coordination and supervision of the activities of nursing personnel; Ensuring patient safety and quality of nursing care; Control of the production of relevant medical documentation and the process of managing medications; Planning the workflow of nursing personnel and distributing workload; Control of adherence to established clinical protocols, standards and procedures by nursing personnel; Monitoring the implementation of recommendations on infection prevention and control by nursing personnel; Promoting professional development of nursing personnel and organizing training if necessary; Identification of problems related to nursing activities, appropriate response and provision of information to management; Adherence to AHT's internal labor regulations, code of conduct and ethics, and relevant policy documents; Adherence to labor safety, safety techniques, sanitation and fire safety rules and regulations.

Qualification requirements:

1-year experience in a similar position; Higher or relevant professional nursing education;

Knowledge and skills:

Basic values of nursing, ethical and legal aspects; Role of a practicing nurse in health promotion and care; Patient triage, initial nursing assessment and monitoring; Fundamentals of emergency care; Medical terminology; Standards for nursing interventions; Procedure for documenting the nursing process; Rules for the use, dilution and storage of medications; Rules for infection control and prevention; Rules for storing blood and blood substitute components; Rules for working with medical equipment; Knowledge of computer programs;
