Cook, Cook Assistant

Our cafe team is looking for energetic, responsible, and goal-oriented individuals for the positions of Cook and Cook Assistant.

1. Cook

Basic Responsibilities: Preparation and presentation of dishes in strict accordance with approved recipes and standards Strict adherence to HACCP standards, food safety, and sanitary-hygiene norms Control of product temperature regimes, storage conditions, and expiration dates Proper inventory management, preparation of orders, and effective management of kitchen processes

Requirements: Experience working as a cook Knowledge of basic HACCP principles and experience applying them in practice Ability to work quickly, organized, and in a stressful environment High sense of responsibility and teamwork

2. Cook Assistant

Basic Responsibilities: Assisting the head cook in the process of preparing and serving dishes Primary processing, cutting, and preparation of ingredients (Prep) Adherence to HACCP and sanitary norms during work processes Constant maintenance of cleanliness of kitchen work surfaces and inventory Participation in receiving and properly storing products

Requirements: Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage Basic knowledge of sanitary-hygiene standards Punctuality, diligence, and ability to quickly learn

Work Schedule: Working days: 5 days a week Monday - Friday: 09:30 - 18:00 Saturday or Sunday: 09:30 - 20:00
