Main duties and responsibilities
- Technical supervision of MEP system (HVAC, water supply and sewage, electrical) installation works;
- Control of compliance of performed works with project and technical documentation;
- Identification of technical issues arising on the construction site and participation in developing relevant solutions;
- Control of work quality, deadlines, and established technical standards;
- Fixing and coordination with relevant persons of discrepancies and changes identified in project documentation;
- Determination of requirements for materials and technical resources needed for work and involvement in the supply process;
- Coordination of work with other engineering directions;
- Verification and confirmation of performed work volumes;
- Identification of technical risks arising during the project and ensuring relevant response;
- Participation in testing, commissioning, and putting into operation of installed engineering systems;
- Participation in preparation of As-Built drawings and technical documentation after completion of works.
Mandatory qualification requirements
- Higher education in engineering, construction, or related disciplines;
- Knowledge of programs: AutoCAD, Word, Excel;
- English language proficiency at B2 level;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Turkish language will be considered an advantage.
