Assistant to the Head of Logistics Department

JSC "Margveli Holding" is a holding company founded as a result of the union of four large companies by Georgian and Swiss investors, whose creation is closely linked to the long history of success of JSC "Margveli Water" (Nabeghlavi, Bakhmaro, Rauxi juices). Currently, "Margveli Holding" includes four companies - JSC "Margveli Water", LLC "Engadi", LLC "Marneuli Food Factory", LLC "Marneuli Agro". Now, the distribution company "Engadi", which is part of JSC "Margveli Holding", is announcing a vacancy for the position of Assistant to the Head of Logistics Department.

Work location: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities

• Production of document circulation;
• Ensuring effective management of the operational and administrative activities of the Logistics Department;
• Organization of the Head of Department's workday and coordination of daily processes: planning meetings, documentation, reporting;
• Production and updating of various types of databases as needed;
• Preparation of various types of reports, including in the ERP system, as needed;
• Periodic visits to warehouses/logistics centers, if necessary, to monitor and evaluate the progress of work processes onsite;
• Quality and labor safety control in warehouses and management of related documentation;
• Control, accounting and periodic reporting of product balances in one of the projects;

Qualification requirements

• Higher education;
• 1-year experience in the same or similar position;
• Experience in working with documents and business correspondence;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• MS Office;

• Ability to perform work within established deadlines.
