Branch Manager

We are looking for a Branch Manager in our team, with different functions and remuneration, who will ensure effective management of the market's daily activities, maintenance of high standards of customer service, and fulfillment of key sales indicators.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the branch's daily activities;
• Ensuring the protection of service standards and company's internal procedures in the branch.
• Reacting to customer feedback;
• Control of product balances, deadlines, prices, and labeling;
• Management and control of processes of receiving, placing, storing, and selling purchased products;
• Ensuring proper arrangement and availability of products on shelves;
• Control of quick implementation of actions and advertising activities;
• Control of cash operations, cash funds, and day-end procedures;
• Effective communication with suppliers and relevant structural units of the company;
• Preparation of reports and information related to the branch's activities;
• Analysis of branch results and initiation of improvement measures;
• Involvement in the process of selection and adaptation of new employees;
• Coordination, training, and control of the activities of subordinate employees;

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Desirable experience in a leadership position in the retail sector;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language;
