Your main responsibilities will be:
Planning of warehouse personnel Performance control of subordinate employees Personnel discipline and protection of safety norms Compliance with labor safety rules Control and management of branch warehouse stocks Timely description of received goods, timely response and correction of errors. Daily control of internal shipments (monitoring of orders between warehouses in FINA in all branches) Correct issuance of goods from the warehouse based on the customer's invoice and service application Organization of a complete inventory of the warehouse every six months Software support of goods received in the warehouse (removal of balances, redistribution between warehouses) Control and software support of correct placement of goods on shelves in the warehouse In case of tire acceptance, communication with the support group to ensure timely container clearance
Qualifications and skills you should have:
Desirable higher education in Business Administration/Logistics; Desirable at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse; Desirable experience working with warehouse software; Must have communicative knowledge of English and/or Russian; Must have a B-category driving license; Detail-oriented; Operative; Ability to work in a team; High sense of responsibility.
Working conditions:
