Main functions and responsibilities

- Control of compliance of performed works with the project, working drawings, and technical requirements;
- Quality control of performed works;
- Organization, coordination, and control of brigade work;
- Accounting and verification of volumes of performed works;
- Timely planning of work fronts and subsequent stages;
- Planning of site supply and timely provision of information about necessary materials;
- Control of correct use of materials and losses;
- Study of project drawings and technical documentation, and timely identification of possible discrepancies;
- Timely identification of technical and organizational problems at the site and coordination of their solution;
- Constant coordination with the project manager and project engineer;

Qualification requirements
- Higher or professional technical education in the construction field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of Site Manager or similar;
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation well;
- Experience in planning construction works and managing brigades;
- Experience in facade works will be considered a significant advantage;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of MS Project will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English will be considered an advantage;
- High sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to make independent decisions.
