About the position
The Accountant ensures the production and preparation of the company's accounting records and relevant reports. The position works under the control of the Financial and Executive Directors.
Main responsibilities
- Full production and control of the company's accounting records;
- Control of the accuracy of primary accounting documents;
- Accounting of banking operations and regular reconciliation of bank balances;
- Accounting and control of receivables and payables;
- Control of salaries, vacations and other relevant accruals;
- Preparation of tax declarations and submission within the deadlines established by law;
- Control of the company's operations compliance with tax legislation;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
- Organization and control of the financial statements closing process;
- Control of accounting for fixed assets and other assets;
- Participation in the inventory process;
- Cooperation with external auditors and preparation of necessary information and documentation;
- Preparation of accounting and financial information for Financial and Executive Directors;

Qualification requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or business;
- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting field;
- Very good knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;
- Experience in preparing financial statements and knowledge of IFRS;
- Practical experience working with RS.ge;
- Good skills of working with accounting programs and MS Excel;
- Experience working with external audit;
- High responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
