Main functions and responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls; Timely response to information calls; Thorough knowledge of service standards and their protection; Providing complete consultation to the customer online and onsite about purchasable/purchased products; Monitoring social media platforms and email messages and comments and responding in a timely manner; Correct redirection of the customer if necessary; Recording and sorting incoming calls according to issues.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education is desirable; Experience in working in an identical position is necessary; Conversational knowledge of English and/or Russian; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office).

Personal skills:

Ability to work in a team; Communication skills; Developed verbal and written skills; Responsibility.
