Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of the market, competitive offers and customer needs; Development and implementation of product strategy and development plan; Creation of new products and functionality, improvement of existing offers; Coordination and leadership of teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing); Management of the product launch, operation and development process; Determination and monitoring of product effectiveness metrics; Definition of Bare Metal catalog standards (SKU, configurations, prices); Selection, purchase and inventory control of necessary equipment; Interaction with vendors, technical and pricing terms agreement; Involvement in the process of client interest and selection of products; Analysis of customer feedback and implementation of relevant changes; Monitoring of industry trends and introduction of innovations.
Professional Skills/Requirements:
Technical knowledge of servers and networks (Bare Metal, virtualization, Cloud services); Experience in hardware selection and working with vendors; Ability to define product vision, develop strategy and roadmap; Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as collaboration with various teams; Experience in preparing documentation and formalizing processes. Languages: fluent Georgian and good knowledge of English.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, preferably in IT / Cloud.
