Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide remote legal support to the company, focusing on contracts, regulations, and personal data protection.
Your main responsibilities:
Preparing, legally reviewing (revising), and making necessary changes to contracts; Preparing, updating, and systematizing legal documentation; Reviewing and improving the company's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other public legal documents; Searching, analyzing, and developing relevant recommendations for regulations related to digital services; Assessing compliance with personal data protection and confidentiality requirements and preparing recommendations; Researching and analyzing international legislation (particularly EU and US regulations); Providing legal consulting for various company departments (marketing, finance, partnerships, customer support).
You bring:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; Experience working with an international company or on international legal issues will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of digital products and services, personal data protection, and confidentiality regulations; English language proficiency at C1/C2 level; Experience working with AI tools and the ability to use them to improve legal research and daily work processes.
