About the Position

The Junior Traffic Engineer will support the planning, configuration, and implementation processes of transportation management solutions. The position also provides an opportunity to develop professional knowledge and experience in traffic engineering through practical projects, collaborating with senior and international engineering teams.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Support planning and configuration processes of transportation engineering
• Assist senior traffic engineers in developing and implementing transportation management solutions
• Work with relevant transportation engineering configuration and planning software tools
• Support preparation and updating of technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
• Participate in collecting, preparing, and analyzing transportation information required for engineering activities
• Support project implementation processes both in the office and on-site
• Support testing, configuration, and other technical activities at various project stages
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other local and international team members
• Participate in technical trainings and actively develop knowledge of transportation management systems, tools, and methodologies
• Travel to project sites and participate in on-site activities as needed

Qualification Requirements and Necessary Skills:

• Higher education or student status of the final course in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Traffic Management or other relevant technical field

• Experience in a traffic engineering or related technical position will be considered an advantage, but is not required

• Strong interest in urban transport systems and traffic management technologies

• Motivation and ability to quickly master new technical tools and methodologies

• Ability to work in a team, high sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Intermediate level of English language proficiency

Technical skills:

• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD

• Microsoft Office 365

Additional requirements:

• Valid driver's license category B and active driving experience

• Willingness to work both in the office and on construction/design sites

• Willingness to participate in business trips/work visits if necessary
