What you will do with us:

Talent attraction and selection: You will manage the school's academic and administrative team's recruitment cycle. You will ensure the update of existing reserve bases and strengthen the school's branding as a desirable employer.
HR administration: You will handle employment relationships legally. You will manage employees' personal files both physically and in internal and external electronic databases (including the eSchool system).
Evaluation and competency management: You will coordinate the personnel evaluation process. You will actively participate in updating and improving the already implemented evaluation framework and competency wheel; plan training and mentoring programs based on the results.
Adaptation and organizational culture: You will take care of improving the existing mechanisms for new employees' adaptation (Onboarding). You will plan team-building events and participate in updating material and non-material motivation systems.
Our expectations (qualification requirements):
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Organizational Development);
- At least 3 years of work experience (at least 2 years in HR);
- Experience working in a similar position in the educational field will be considered an advantage;
- Practical knowledge of Georgia's Labor Code, "General Education" and "Personal Data Protection" legislation;
- English language proficiency (B1 level) and high-level knowledge of office computer programs;
- Ability to effectively manage work processes, teamwork, and coordinated action with leadership (maintaining a healthy balance of strategic vision and subordination).
Working conditions:

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (40 hours);
