Cost and Procurement Accountant

"Elmantage" - a company operating in the electrical engineering and electrical installation field, participating in significant infrastructure projects, is looking for a Cost and Procurement Accountant to join their team.

Location: Tbilisi, Vanis St. 5 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 Trial Period: 6 months Salary: 3000 GEL (net) Benefits: Health Insurance

Position Purpose: The main goal of this position is to support the effective management of the company's accounting processes, ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial data, and smoothly manage the company's daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of accounting processes in accordance with Georgian tax legislation and relevant standards;

2. Control of expenses and primary documentation: control of primary documentation related to expenses and corresponding accounting operations; correct reflection and posting of invoices, acceptance-transfer acts, and completed work acts, form №2, and other relevant documentation in the accounting program (FINA);

3. Control of RS portal and electronic systems: comparison of uploaded tax invoices and payments on the RS portal with invoices in the electronic system, including price and other data control;

4. Payroll and tax operations: control of payroll accruals based on tables uploaded in FINA, control of cards and balances, comparison of pension and income tax cards with RS portal;

5. Management of accounts receivable and payable: control of accounts payable and receivable, preparation of comparison and offset acts, debt forgiveness agreements, and other relevant documentation, and software posting; formation and analysis of the Aging Report;

6. Control of cost and balances: control of amounts recorded for unfinished production, ensuring correct formation of cost and periodic analysis; monthly control of interim reports and finished goods balances;

7. Audit and additional functions: participation in internal and external audit processes, processing, analysis, and participation in relevant processes within the competence, with additional information and documentation, as required by management and agreed upon with the direct supervisor.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience working with the "FINA" program.

Knowledge:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or business administration;
• Knowledge of 1C or similar accounting software;
• Knowledge of office computer programs (especially Microsoft Excel);
• Desirable: communicative level of foreign language proficiency;
