Main functions and responsibilities:
- Formation/preparation of orders fixed by sales representatives in the program for writing out.
- Software control of product stocks and monitoring of stock-related issues.
- Monitoring of promotional products and periods agreed with partners.
- Agreement of processes with the delivery service.
- Ensuring the accuracy of order, sales and inventory data.
- Coordination with sales, logistics and warehouse employees if necessary.
- Processing of activity-related data and preparation of required reports.
- Protection of company's internal policies, procedures and work standards.
- Performing daily operational tasks in the 1C program and processing data.
- Fulfillment of other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of activity.
Requirements: Good knowledge of MS EXCEL is desirable.
