Job description:
- Daily management and monitoring of the company's autopark;
- Coordination of drivers' activities and control of efficiency;
- Compilation of scheduled maintenance schedules and control of implementation;
- Control, analysis, and reporting of fuel and repair costs;
- Use of GPS system for monitoring autopark movement and analyzing efficiency;
- Management of autopark-related documentation: insurance, technical documents, registrations, etc.;
- Control and accounting of vehicle placement in the parking lot;
- Recording of emergency and technical incidents, analysis of damages, and corresponding response;
- Interaction with auto services and suppliers;
- Budget planning for autopark fuel and repairs;
- Preparation of reports on autopark status, costs, and work efficiency.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in autopark/transport management;
- Experience in coordinating technical maintenance and repair processes;
- Knowledge of office computer programs (Excel, Word)
- B category driver's license, driving experience - at least 2 years;
- Discipline, analytical thinking, organization.
