The auto-importer company "IndigoCars" is announcing a vacancy for a Customer Support Specialist position in Tbilisi.

Remuneration: salary 1000 GEL + bonus (average 2000-2500 GEL) Schedule: rotating schedule - 2 days of work / 2 days of rest; 16:00-00:00, Saturday - 10:00-14:00 Day off: Sunday

Main functions: - Respond to incoming calls to the company; - Register incoming requests and redirect them to the relevant department; - Provide complete and accurate information on frequently asked questions; - Identify problems and provide primary assistance; - Refer complex or urgent issues to the relevant employee; - Telephone, electronic, and online communication with customers; - Accurate recording of calls and applications in the program; - Protect personal and confidential information; - Ensure high standards of service and polite communication; - Receive customer feedback; - Perform other tasks related to the position;

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (desirable); - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language (literacy and fluent speech); - Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel - at the user level); experience in the field of customer service will be considered an advantage;
