Embawud Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Storekeeper

Main responsibilities: - Receiving goods arriving from Tbilisi, counting the quantity and comparing it with the accompanying documentation; - Checking the condition of the received goods and properly placing them in the warehouse; - Preparing orders for assemblers and loading vehicles; - Controlling and accounting for the balances of goods in the warehouse; - Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse; - Conducting inventory once a month - Entering detailed information about claims into the program correctly and completely; - Constantly monitoring the status of claims; - Controlling the timely dispatch of advertising goods and necessary parts from Tbilisi; - Controlling the process of timely delivery of advertising goods and parts to the customer; - Communicating with relevant employees on issues related to claims and facilitating timely problem solving; - Informing the manager about missing, damaged goods and discrepancies found in the accounting records; - Complying with the rules of safe storage and placement of goods in the warehouse; - Performing other duties assigned by the manager related to the position.

Qualification requirements: - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; - Organizational and orderly skills; - Basic computer program skills; - Ability to accurately record information and work with documentation; - Ability to work with physical workload; - Communication and teamwork skills; - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
