Architectural Service Coordinator

LLC "Magticom" Administrative Department announces a vacancy for the position of Architectural Service Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Free command of the Georgian language (knowledge of Russian and English is desirable);

• Higher education in the field of architecture;

• Desirable experience working in a similar position;

• Preparation of design documentation necessary for construction or repair/installation/reconstruction works;

• Survey of the location of objects/technical study;

• Preparation of sketch projects/photomontages of design objects;

• Preparation of drawings necessary for the commissioning of a completed object;

• Preparation of interior and exterior design sketches/projects;

• If necessary, direct on-site inspection/control of the construction object;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Ability to easily absorb new information;

• Ability to work in stressful situations;
