Monitoring and control of raw materials and auxiliary materials in the cellar; Coordination of the purchasing process for necessary materials, inventory, and equipment; Ensuring accounting of received, used, and remaining materials; Accounting of produced products, controlling balances, and timely reflection in the relevant system; Control of cellar storage and finished product storage processes; Organization, conduct, and analysis of periodic inventory; Preparation of documentation for received and issued materials and products; Management of operational documentation related to cellar activities; Communication with suppliers and control of delivery deadlines; Preparation of reports on inventories, purchases, and produced products; Effective coordination with the winemaker, production, and other involved departments; Performance of other functions and responsibilities determined by the manager.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (preferably in logistics, business administration, winemaking, agronomy, or related fields); Experience working in operations, warehouse management, logistics, purchasing, or production; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; High sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking; Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
