Responsibilities:
Communication with customers by phone, website chat, social media, and various communication channels; Assisting customers in placing orders and providing necessary information during the order fulfillment process; Helping customers in the shop with flower purchases; if the customer is a foreigner, assisting with translation for communication with the florist; Updating products on the website, making necessary corrections and additions; Fulfilling tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Salary:
40 GEL per shift (amount taken home). Monthly remuneration is calculated based on the number of shifts worked in a month. In case of 20 shifts (5 shifts a week), the amount is 800 GEL.
