Credo Bank is looking for an experienced Human Resources Management leader to lead the Employee Experience and HRBP directions and connect human capital management initiatives with specific business results.

In this position, you will create and develop a unified strategic framework for the entire employee experience, manage the HRBP team, and collaborate with business leaders to enhance a culture of high engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: - Managing the entire employee experience, from attracting, selecting, and integrating employees into the organization to their development, performance evaluation, engagement, and retention; - Creating and continuously improving the employee experience roadmap; - Analyzing employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, employee loyalty indicators, feedback, and exit interview results; - Identifying risks and issues related to employee experience and developing relevant action plans; - Initiating improvements to human resources processes and services based on data and employee feedback; - Organizing the quarterly Employee Experience Committee and coordinating the implementation of adopted decisions; - Developing employee motivation and retention initiatives and practical tools; - Supporting the process of identifying and retaining key employees; - Strategically managing, developing, and monitoring the performance of the HRBP team; - Close collaboration with digital, technological, and other business areas; - Supporting organizational change and transformation processes; - Consulting and providing professional support to leaders on people management, performance evaluation, and team development issues; - Defining the department's strategic goals, projects, and key performance indicators and ensuring their implementation.

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; Master's degree will be considered an advantage; - At least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of Human Resources; - Experience working in business partnership and/or employee experience; - Experience in team management and people development; - In-depth knowledge of modern HRBP models and practices; - Experience working in organizational change and transformation processes; - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; - Working knowledge of English.
