The hotel "Artizan Design Hotel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Hotel Administrator.

Function and responsibilities:

• To receive, accommodate and subsequently escort guests according to the standards existing in the hotel;

• To provide guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel;

• To receive incoming telephone calls and provide relevant information;
• To register guests in the system and perform appropriate financial operations;

• To work in the hotel management program;

• To act in accordance with the hotel service standards.

Required knowledge/skills/habits:

• High level of English language proficiency;

• Experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage);

• Higher education;

• Sense of responsibility, attention to detail;

• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Nikoladze 12 Schedule: 12 hours, two day shifts, two night shifts. Next four days off. Salary: 1100 GEL + bonus
