Small Business Banker - Lagodekhi

Bank of Georgia's Small Business Sales Department is announcing a vacancy for a Small Business Banker position in Lagodekhi.

If employed in this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan and conduct client visits, introduce existing business credit products and services;

• Identify client needs, offer relevant credit products, and present their advantages;

• Study and analyze the client's business activities and financial situation;

• Prepare credit applications and submit them to the committee;

• Maintain constant communication with clients and provide consultations when necessary.

We value your qualifications:

Education: University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in business lending.

Required knowledge and skills: - Language skills: Georgian - fluent, knowledge of English and Russian (conversational) is desirable;

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and work motivation and activity;

• Organizational skills, planning, correct determination of work goals, and time management;

• Logical and analytical thinking.

• Professional knowledge of office computer programs;

• Service skills - politeness, kindness, willingness to help;
