Welt carries out: import of premium products of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire systems and supplies over 100 corporate clients.

The company announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Specialist.

Main function / responsibilities:

Determine customer needs and requirements, offer relevant products and ensure their delivery; Effective communication with the customer (meetings, presentations, etc.); Agree on contract terms with customers; Find new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers; Study visual and qualitative characteristics of products, as well as the target segment; Correct positioning of products in a specific market segment; Offer news to the client; Fulfill the sales plan and promote sales growth; Coordinate post-sales service; Market research and information gathering; Drawing up a contract with the manager and controlling the fulfillment of payment terms; Fulfillment of each KPI parameter at the established minimum (70%) threshold; Work in CRM program.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in sales; Experience up to 3 years; Foreign languages: English, (Russian will be considered an advantage)

Work format and benefits:

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 Location: M.
