Warehouse Employee

Construction company "Coteccons Construction" is looking for a Warehouse Employee for its ongoing project in Batumi - Silk Towers.

The company, with over 20 years of experience, is one of Vietnam's leading construction companies, implementing large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects with modern construction technologies and collaboration with international partners.

Several significant projects currently underway in Georgia highlight the company's long-term vision, high ambitions, and active involvement in the development of the Georgian construction sector.

Working conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
• Work location: Batumi, Barbiusis 6;
• Salary: 2200 GEL, paid in hand.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing construction materials, equipment, and tools in the warehouse;
• Checking the quantitative and qualitative compliance of received materials with delivery notes and purchase orders;
• Issuing materials to the site based on approved request forms and producing relevant documentation;
• Daily inventory accounting and controlling warehouse balances (income/expense);
• Conducting inventory, recording deviations, and reporting;
• Organizing the warehouse - correct stacking of materials, labeling, maintaining storage conditions and expiration dates;
• Coordinating with suppliers during delivery and with subcontractors' teams during loading and unloading;
• Timely informing the construction manager about reducing inventory to critical levels;
• Maintaining order, labor safety, and fire safety norms in the warehouse area.

Requirements:

• Secondary, vocational, or higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse;
• Experience working on a construction site will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of warehouse accounting and receipt-issue documentation;
• MS Excel skills; experience working with warehouse/ERP programs will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of construction materials and willingness to perform physical work;
• Basic English language skills for communication with the international team.
