Main functions and responsibilities:
Develop and work on implementing a real estate sales plan; Research the real estate market and sales channels, identify new opportunities; Find, interest, and attract potential customers; Present real estate objects to customers, familiarize them with their characteristics and advantages; Determine customer needs and prepare relevant offers; Plan, organize, and conduct customer meetings and showings of real estate objects; Conduct negotiations and manage the sales process from agreement to closing the deal; Coordinate the contract signing process; Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers; Monitor sales results and produce relevant reports.
Qualification requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar position; Experience in sales and negotiations; Good knowledge of office programs; Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
