HR Employment Agency announces a vacancy for a Constructor (Structural Engineer) position in Tbilisi, for one of the large companies in the construction industry.
Main responsibilities
- Preparation of a constructive project based on current standards;
- Performing necessary constructive calculations in relevant programs;
- Preparation of a detailed explanatory card with a description of design principles;
- Preparation of working drawings for constructive elements;
- Preparation of graphical part and relevant design documentation;
- Preparation of material specifications;
- Coordination of design documentation with other disciplines;
- Offering alternative constructive solutions if necessary;
- Participation in coordination meetings and discussion of technical issues;
- Familiarization with trends, regulations, and requirements and working accordingly;
- Participation in forums and sharing/receiving experience;
- Constant improvement of qualifications through relevant trainings;
- Visit to the project site and assessment of constructive works if necessary;
- Support for project managers on constructive issues;
- Review and evaluation of received documentation: calculations, drawings, specifications;
- Review and approval of testing procedures;
- Execution of instructions from company leaders and/or direct supervisors
Basic requirements
- Higher education (in construction/engineering field)
- 3-5 years of experience in a Constructor/Structural Engineer position (industry: construction/development/engineering/design/project management)
- Required programs: AutoCAD, Lira, MS Office;
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage;
- Medium level of English
