Job Description UG Lubricants is looking for an Export Manager responsible for the sales of the company's products in international markets, finding new foreign clients and partners, and full coordination of export sales processes. The position involves negotiations with international partners, participation in contract signing, management of export-related documentation, and control of supply processes. The job periodically includes business trips and participation in international exhibitions and business forums to find new clients and develop partnerships.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Communication with international clients and partners
• Finding new export markets and clients
• Participation in preparing commercial offers and contracts
• Implementation of export sales plans and monitoring results
• Preparation and control of export-related documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.)
• Coordination of logistical processes with transport companies and customs brokers
• Control of delivery terms and conditions
• Preparation of sales reports and statistics for management
• Participation in international exhibitions and business forums as a representative of the company

Qualification Requirements

• Work experience in export sales or international sales (desirable)
• Knowledge of international trade and export documentation (desirable)
• Ability to conduct negotiations
• Result-oriented and goal-oriented
• Organizational skills and high level of responsibility
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Excel, Word, email)

Language Skills

• Georgian – required
• English – required
• Russian – preferred

Type of Employment

• Full-time

Work Schedule / Format Full-time – onsite work (Kutaisi) Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 Periodically includes business trips and participation in international exhibitions and business forums
