LLC "Hera 2011" announces a vacancy for the position of Medical Laboratory Doctor.

Work conditions

• Location: Tbilisi, Konstantin Chachava st. N1
• Work schedule: Shift, variable schedule.
• The salary is 1000 GEL per month (accrued amount, before tax deductions).
• The goal of the position: To ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable laboratory tests, proper processing of biological material, ensuring the accuracy and timely availability of test results, while protecting patient safety and laboratory standards.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests within the scope of own competence and authority;
• Receive, process, and prepare biological material for testing according to established procedures;
• Use laboratory equipment and appliances properly;
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results;
• Participate in internal quality control procedures;
• Timely inform the responsible person about critical or suspicious results;
• Comply with biosafety, infection control, and confidentiality rules;
• Properly maintain laboratory documentation.

Qualification requirements

• Relevant higher education and qualification/authority provided by law for the position;
• Possession of a relevant state certificate as a Medical Laboratory Doctor;
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and procedures;
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation principles and usage rules;
• Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
