"Element Holding" announces a vacancy for the position of Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Position: Procurement and Logistics Manager. Workplace: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

• Manage strategic and operational procurement processes.
• Effectively manage the entire procurement cycle in accordance with ISO standards.
• Develop a procurement plan/schedule at the initial stage of the project and ensure its compliance with cost estimates.
• Effectively manage several procurement processes simultaneously, determine priorities, and strictly control deadlines.
• Manage contracts
• Ensure complete and timely provision of procurement-related documentation (contracts, invoices, acceptance-deposit acts).
• Effectively monitor the process of contract execution.
• Analyze procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Close communication with various teams (lawyers, finance, project department, document management department, etc.).

Vendor management and strategic market monitoring:

• Constant market research and trend monitoring.
• Assessment of existing suppliers by price, quality, delivery terms, and reliability.
• Search for new suppliers and market expansion.
• Timely provision of information about expected changes in the market to management and involved departments.

Strategic process management:

• Establish long-term and effective cooperation with the supplier.
• Plan price inquiries and evaluate offers.
• Coordinate with the technical team during the evaluation process.
• Effective negotiations on prices, delivery terms, and conditions.
• Effective management of issues arising with the supplier.
• Manage logistics processes
• Plan, manage, and control the entire logistics cycle of purchased products

Reporting and analytics:

• Regular procurement reporting and submission to management.
• Processing market and performance analytical data, monitoring KPIs.

Qualification requirements:

• Work experience in the construction sector - at least 2 years
• Higher education in the relevant field
• Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
