Your day-to-day contribution: - Overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions; - Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements; - Overseeing cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and payment schedules, and processing payments; - Working on PL of separate projects; - Analysing and optimising company costs; - Preparation of workings for posting accounting entries; - Management of payment system providers in terms of day-to-day reconciliations, cash management and communication; - Checking and accepting cost invoices for current operations; - Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and providing assistance to the Finance Manager; - Improving and automating internal accounting processes; - Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary; - Taking care of payment requests of other departments.
