Searching for premises to be rented for the company's development across different regions; Agreeing on rental terms with the landlord; Negotiating/agreeing on contract terms with existing and new landlords; Market analysis (determining rental prices for premises); Preparing reports on the utilization of retail space; Periodic business trips; Involvement in the activities of the economic department;
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (Business Administration; Law); Knowledge of office programs; Strong negotiation skills; Organizational and process management skills;
