At Brandlink Georgia, we are building a multilingual customer experience team in the heart of Tbilisi and are looking for a Turkish-Speaking Course Consultant to support an international project in the children's English education sector.

Key Responsibilities - Contact Turkish-speaking parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and incoming customer inquiries. - Understand children's ages, English proficiency levels, and learning goals to recommend suitable courses. - Present PalFish's English learning programs and explain their features and benefits to potential customers. - Encourage parents to book trial lessons and guide them through the booking process. - Follow up with families after trial lessons, address questions and concerns, and convert interested customers into paying clients. - Handle customer objections professionally, including questions about pricing and competing services. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues in cooperation with teaching and operations teams. - Maintain positive relationships with existing customers, encourage course renewals, and support customer referrals. - Research the Turkish education market and competitors to better understand customer needs and opportunities.
Requirements - Native or fluent Turkish speaker. - Fluent English, as training and internal communication will be conducted in English. - Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or business development is strongly preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Background in consultants/sales for kids English courses is a plus - A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales results. - Ability to handle objections, follow up with leads, and turn customer interest into sales. - Experience in education, online learning, or customer support is an advantage.
