Main Responsibilities
Organization and operational management of transportation: Planning, organization, and continuous monitoring of the entire land transport cycle; Processing optimal routes and tariffs based on cargo description, volume, and specifications, and optimizing costs; Receiving, processing, and ensuring timely and smooth execution of orders; Constant monitoring of cargo location and preparation and delivery of daily status updates.
Relationship with partners and suppliers: Active search for new transport companies, individual entrepreneurs (carriers and transporters), and service providers; Negotiations with suppliers, agreement on the best terms, and establishment of long-term and reliable partnerships.
Documentation and problem management: Control of the correctness and compliance with standards of transportation-related documentation (CMR, permits, accompanying documents); Quick and effective resolution of disruptions, misunderstandings, and force majeure situations that arise during the transportation process.
Qualification Requirements
Experience: Necessary experience in the transport and logistics sector (experience in land transport will be considered an advantage); Education: Higher education (preferably in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management); Language skills: English and Russian at B1/B2 level (for communication and business correspondence); knowledge of Turkish at a communicative level will be considered an advantage; Software skills: Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel); knowledge of logistics processes and international transportation regulations.
