What You Bring to the Table - 5+ years in finance, FP&A, controlling, treasury, or a similar leadership seat - Real confidence with financial reporting and multi-entity structures - A sharp, curious mind that loves solving problems - A commercial instinct that connects the big vision to what needs doing today - Self-starter energy, strong organization, and the nerve to make the call when things get fast - Fluent English
