"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Registrar in Kobuleti.

"Georgia Clinics" is the largest hospital network in Georgia.

Work location: Kobuleti, Abashidze st. 18 Work schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week;

Main responsibilities:

Registration of patients in the corresponding program; Opening and editing patient cards, filling in information according to predetermined rules; Referring registered patients to the relevant specialist; Searching and verifying information if requested by the patient is not available; Providing information to patients in case of service disruptions;

Qualification requirements:

Higher education, students are also considered; Experience working in a similar position in a medical institution is desirable;

Effective communication skills; Customer orientation; Attention to detail; Operativeness and mobilization;

1. 4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of employing the Candidate. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In this case, if there are disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), duration, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.
